level of moisture for more comfortable wear. This package contains 30 lenses.
Make the Most of Your Day with nothing holding you back
- Easy to use and comfortable to wear, DAILIES® contact
lenses can keep up with you as you enjoy every moment of your on-the-go
lifestyle.
- With DAILIES® AquaComfort PLUS® contact lenses,
moisturising agents are released from the lens to deliver refreshing
comfort every time you blink.
- The DAILIES® AquaComfort
PLUS® provide a superior tear film stability for up
to 16 hours for a comfortable lens wearing experience.
Solution
with HPMC lubricant
One of the moisturising components, known as HPMC,
is present in the solution that surrounds the lens in its blister pack. Because
of this, the lenses should be sufficiently moisturised and comfortable from the
very first application. The other moisturisers, known as hydrophilic PEG
(Polyethylene glycol) and PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol), are embedded in the lens
material. The PVA is released from the lens all day with each blink.
Easy change
According to the manufacturer, Alcon, 95% of users
reported no problems changing from Focus Dailies All Day Comfort to Dailies
AquaComfort Plus. This change can be made without visiting a specialist.
You can also buy a package of Dailies AquaComfort Plus 30 lenses.
Comments (3)
I used to buy focus dailies which do not seem available any more. These lenses have a larger DIA and BC. Would they still have a good fit?
Hi, Margot, Thank you for your recent comment. Since they are not the DIA/ BC for which you have been prescribed/ are used to, they won't be a perfect fit. It is possible to wear a lens with a different BC - however, it is always a better option to visit your optometrist. For a different DIA, it is not recommended to use differently than prescribed as the wrong DIA can cause irritation and abrasions to your eye. Again, please consult an optometrist - we are not licensed optometrists ourselves and are thus unable to give you a medically-approved recommendations. Please feel free to contact us should you have any further information.
Have a great day!
